Los Jameos

Jameos del Agua is a unique cultural and natural attraction in Lanzarote, created by the artist César Manrique within a volcanic tube formed by the La Corona eruption. Located on the Arrieta-Órzola road, the site features a 6-kilometer lava tube, known as the "Tunnel of Atlantis," with three main openings: Jameo Chico, Jameo Grande, and Jameo Redondo. The design harmoniously blends nature with human creativity, incorporating a concert hall, a volcanology museum, and a restaurant.

Visitors can explore the interior lake, which is home to Munidopsis polymorpha, a rare species of blind albino crab found nowhere else on Earth. The general visit allows for self-paced exploration of the Jameo Grande, which features a pool, and the natural auditorium, with access to the Casa de los Volcanes Museum. This experience typically lasts between 60 and 120 minutes. For a more immersive experience, the "Insólita" guided tour offers access to restricted areas, including the auditorium interior and the Jameo de la Cazuela, along with a local aperitif and VR resources.

The site is open daily from 10:00 to 18:00, with last admission at 17:15. Admission prices start at €17.00 for adults, with children aged 0–6 entering for free. The Insólita Experience costs €41.20.
